Identification before withdrawal - How to Prove who you are
Before we will transfer your winnings to your bank account(s), we require that you provide at least 10 points of identification, including a bank statement for any bank account you want your winnings transferred to.

What do I need to send?
Check the table below for the types of ID you can copy and send. If your ID document has an address, the address must match the one you registered with HellenicLiveCasino.com. All bills and statements must be not more than 2 months old. At least one of the documents you send must contain a photo, and be issued by your state or country.

How do I have my winnings transferred to my bank account?

1.  Go to your bank account address book, and add an account (you can add more than one account if required).

2.  Send us a bank statement for that account together with your personal identification documents (see table above. If you have already sent in your personal ID documents, just send the bank account statement alone).
