Terms and Conditions


1.	Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the legal relationship between HellenicLiveCasino.com and the User.

2.	Declarations by User
The User declares and warrants that:
2.1	All User's details contained in the Registration Form submitted to HellenicLiveCasino.com are true and correct.
2.2	The user will use the software application to gamble on the Internet for his own private personal use only and not for any business use, or use by others.
2.3	To the best of their knowledge, the user is not contravening any laws of their home jurisdiction by applying the software to gamble on the Internet. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR USA RESIDENTS: We allow users from the United States of America to register and play for fun only. We will not accept USA residents as financial customers of the site.
2.4	The user fully understands the methods, rules, and procedures of Internet gambling through the application of the software.
2.5	The user is fully aware that there exists a risk of losing money when gambling on the Internet through the application of the software, and agrees to concurrently operate only one financial account at any time.
2.6	The source of the funds used by the user for gambling on the Internet through the application of the software is not illegal.
2.7	He/She is 18 years of age, or older.

3	Declarations by HellenicLiveCasino.com
HellenicLiveCasino.com declares and warrants that:
3.1	HellenicLiveCasino.com, is owned and operated by VueTec (Guernsey) Ltd, and operated utilising the services of various service providers, including The Fitzwilliam Card Club and Casino, Dublin Ireland.
3.2	HellenicLiveCasino.com's operation of Internet accessible casino gambling is directed only towards users who by the laws of their home jurisdiction are not prohibited from gambling on the Internet through the application of the software. HellenicLiveCasino.com carries no intent to enable a User to apply the software for gambling on the Internet in contravention of any law in the User's home jurisdiction. HellenicLiveCasino.com permits users to operate only a single financial account at any time. Users found to be operating more than one account concurrently may face restrictions or other limitations.
3.3	Application of the software for gambling on the Internet ensures the User Ultimate Random and fair odds ("Vegas Rules" or better).
3.4	Using the latest private/public key encryption, HellenicLiveCasino.com has made every reasonable effort to ensure that all passwords and user names employed by the user are thoroughly secure against third party access while transferred on the Internet.

4	Rules and Instructions The application of the software by the User shall be made exclusively in accordance with, and governed by, HellenicLiveCasino.com's rules and instructions as detailed in the software and/or on HellenicLiveCasino.com's Internet web site from time to time, including, without limitation, in respect of the gambling methods, playing rules, payment procedures, and payoffs of winnings. The results of all games on HellenicLiveCasino.com are subject to audit and review, and may be declared void if: - Evidence of tampering of equipment is detected - Equipment failure or fault is detected - Software fault or failure is detected - Collusion between customers and/or staff is detected. If any results are declared void, all bets placed and all winnings paid on those results will be reversed. For live games, valid results are those results which are detected by the electronic sensor equipment installed for that purpose. If for any reason a result is not detected and registered by the electronic sensors, then that result is deemed to have not occured, and any bets locked will remain locked until a valid result is determined.

5	Telecommunication Service Provider, Internet Service Provider HellenicLiveCasino.com shall not, in any way, be responsible for any acts or omissions made by the user's Internet Service Provider ("ISP") or Telecommunications Service Provider ("TSP") with whom the user has contracted to gain access to this service, and HellenicLiveCasino.com shall not be a party to any dispute between user and ISP or between user and TSP, nor shall any such dispute have any effect on the obligations of User under this Agreement. Further HellenicLiveCasino.com shall not be responsible for any acts or ommissions of the Gaming Premises Owner, where computing equipment is installed to provide access to the HellenicLiveCasino.com systems and games.

6	Copyrights / Trade Marks The user undertakes to respect all applicable copyrights and/or trade marks related to HellenicLiveCasino.com's operation and the software, and to exercise all necessary prudence in the use of the encryption key and other security measures.

7	Termination
7.1	The user may terminate this Agreement by notifying HellenicLiveCasino.com in writing at any time, provided User owes no money to HellenicLiveCasino.com for any reason whatsoever.
7.2	HellenicLiveCasino.com may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by cancelling User's account. This may be done without prior notice.
7.3	Upon termination by User or HellenicLiveCasino.com as above, HellenicLiveCasino.com shall refund the user any funds which may be in User's account over and above any amount which may be owing to HellenicLiveCasino.com (if any).
7.4	Termination by User or HellenicLiveCasino.com as above, shall be without prejudice to recovery by either party of any amount legally due by the other party in virtue of this Agreement.

8	Fraud and Money Laundering
8.1	If fraudulent activity is suspected, HellenicLiveCasino.com may lock the User's account and freeze the User's funds. The account will remain locked until such time that HellenicLiveCasino.com completes an audit of the User's account.
8.2	HellenicLiveCasino.com may request further identification information from the User before unlocking an account.
8.3	If HellenicLiveCasino.com deems that the User has deliberately partaken in fraudulent activity, all winnings will be voided, all deposits refunded minus transaction costs, and membership terminated.
8.4	HellenicLiveCasino.com is vigilant in the detection of money laundering. If money laundering is suspected,the findings will be reported to the proper international authorities.
8.5	HellenicLiveCasino.com employs a sophisticated system to detect fraud and money laundering.

9	Withdrawals
9.1	HellenicLiveCasino.com will not transfer funds to any bank account until the User has provided the required Identification information as described in the identification section of the payment information page.
9.2	HellenicLiveCasino.com will perform security checks on a User's account prior to bank transfer withdrawal.
9.3	To qualify for a bank transfer withdrawal, the User may be required to provide evidence of ownership of the destination bank account
9.4	Withdrawals from the User's gaming account will be performed by crediting back previous credit card deposits, where allowed by VIsa® and MasterCard®. Any amount that cannot be credited back to the User's credit card(s) will be transferred to the User's bank account, providing the User has been identified as per clause 9.1.
9.5	The User cannot withdraw money from their gaming account before forty-eight (48) hours has passed since their last credit card deposit/purchase on the HellenicLiveCasino.com website. This is to ensure that the purchase has been settled.
9.6	Any amount withdrawn by the user shall be forwarded to the user after deduction of transaction costs as prescribed in the bank transfer withdrawal section of the Payment Information page.

10	Dispute Resolution
10.1	All games shall be played in accordance with the Rules published on the website. All results shall be determined based upon those rules. Should any question arise from the use of the site you the customer should, in the first instance, contact our support personnel. We will make all efforts to resolve all issues to the satisfaction of the customer, in accordance with those Rules.
10.2	Any claim or dispute arising either directly or indirectly out of this Agreement shall be determined by a mutually agreed moderator. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HellenicLiveCasino.com shall have the right to institute any legal proceedings against the User before the competent court in the User's home jurisdiction or elsewhere.
11.1	Any account which remains idle for 30 days or more may be charged an monthly account keeping fee. A receipt for the fee charges will be sent to the email address registered to the player's account.
11.2	Account keeping fees are non-refundable.
11.3	Any account which remains idle for 6 months or more will be deemed to be abandoned, and may be automatically closed.
11.4	Any funds which remain in an abandoned account will be forfeited and donated to charity
11.5	After an account is deemed to be abandoned and funds forfeited, those funds are then non-refundable.

12	Limits
12.1	Before you become a financial member, you must set limits which can be used to restrict your play on HellenicLiveCasino.com.
12.2	Loss Limits: Allow you to set limits on the total value you can lose in any single day, or in a week. Note: You may exceed a loss limit while participating in a multi-stage game, however you will not be allowed to start a new game if you have reached or exceeded one of your loss limits.
12.3	Deposit limits: This limit restricts the amount you are permitted to deposit to your account in any single day or week.
12.4	Session limit: When set, this limit will set a timer to remind you how long you have been playing per session.

13	Licencing & Regulation
13.1	HellenicLiveCasino.com is operated under licence granted to VueTec (IOM) Ltd by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission for the operation of online games. The Fitzwilliam Card Club and Casino in Dublin/Ireland is a service provider to VueTec.
13.2	Your contract with HellenicLiveCasino.com is governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Gambling debts are enforceable by law in the Isle of Man, so all monies owed to the customer are secure.
